1. Recognising risks

At the beginning we work together with you to identify your risks. We interview your most important managers, visit your places of business, assess the safety measures already in place and analyse your current insurance coverage.

2. Evaluating risks

Based on the company’s status quo profile, we evaluate the entire risk portfolio in order to obtain a comprehensive overview of the company’s current situation. We focus on three criteria: likelihood of occurrence, implications and risk management.

3. Managing risks

In this third phase, we develop an individually tailored risk philosophy with you and implement a comprehensive risk and insurance management scheme. At the same time, we develop specific operational recommendations that range from risk avoidance, to risk reduction through insurance, to bearing the risk. This risk analysis then serves as the basis for expert insurance management.

4. Your assignment: the establishment of a risk culture specific to the company

The most important step is up to you. After our precise analysis, we give you the equipment you need to manage all future risks by yourself: an IT-supported controlling tool.
